The Similarity

The Coaching methodologies behind Business and Executive Coaching are very different, but the goal of both remains the same. This goal is to help clients identify the people, processes, and leaders that directly impact the company's bottom line the most.  Once identified, we will explore, discuss, and decide on an action plan to improve those people, processes, and leaders.  Whether you're a small business owner or the leader of a large organization, the need for personal or strategic business development is inevitable in order to maximize your company's potential.

The Difference:  Business Coaching vs Executive Coaching

Business Coaching

A Business Coach specifically focuses on business-related operations that impact a company's performance the most.  We will work with clients on a variety of goals such as; business strategy, improving company processes, marketing and sales, overall company morale, and any other areas that directly impact the company's success as a whole.

Executive Coaching

An Executive Coach works with key leaders of a company that impact the people and processes that make a company successful.  The key difference is Executive Coaches work directly with Executives, Managers, and Leaders in their personal development exclusively.   We recognize this a more indirect approach to improving a business, but there is research and case

studies that recognized personal development of Executives, Managers, and Leader's oftentimes results in improved company performance.  Studies

show a direct correlation between how Executives, Managers, and Leaders conduct themselves at work and how they interface with employees to how well the employee's perform their individual jobs.

At SOAR, we believe that everyone needs a Coach from time to time.  Having a Coach will help ensure you're addressing the fundamentals of sound business practices, that you haven't development any blindspots that are keeping you from performing at your highest potential, and that all employees are in sync with the people, processes, and leaders that make a company successful.
